Seafood Gastro is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Stockholm, founded by Mathias Dahlgren and Staffan Naess. With a Michelin star and a clear passion for fish and seafood, the restaurant has established itself as one of Sweden's foremost destinations for ingredients from the sea. The menu is based on what is in season, where technical precision meets a minimalist expression that allows the quality of each ingredient to take center stage.

For Seafood Gastro, Jesper designed and manufactured handmade porcelain items in close collaboration with the restaurant. The starting point was to develop functional items that work in a restaurant environment with high demands on both function and aesthetics. Through close dialogue, the forms emerged, with the restaurant's food, serving, and working methods as a starting point.

The collection consists of handmade porcelain items with clean forms and a timeless expression. Each piece is created to function in the restaurant's service and to naturally complement the food presentation.
